Refund Policy
We do not require a deposit or any upfront payment. Payment is only due once your university form has been signed by the Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP).

In the event that your university application is unsuccessful, we will either support your next application at no additional cost or offer a full refund, minus a £50 administrative fee.

Once your university place is confirmed and your DPP placement has been booked, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Alternatively, we are happy to hold your placement and resume support when you're ready, at no extra cost.

Please note: once your placement has commenced with the DPP, we are unable to offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Find-A-DPP does not guarantee successful placement completion or competency sign-off. These outcomes are solely at the discretion of the supervising DPP and the host practice, based on your performance and clinical capability.
